When will the new iPad be released

by Poster Jan 17, 2024 24
I have bought four iPads one after another before, but the usage rate is not high. They have been sold one after another. Now I am itching to buy them again. I love the mini7. I don't know when I can buy them

Something like March. It is estimated that it will also land on the island, because the Apple Pencil wireless charging module will definitely squeeze the Face ID module into the screen.

@ Anonymous8633 what to do in different scenes of landing on the island horizontal and vertical screen

@ Anonymous8633 Not likely, right? If the iPad is upside down then, how can the UI be adapted?
  • Anonymous8633 Jan 17, 2024
@ Anonymous10584 UI adaptation is not a problem, there is SafeArea. Whether it is ugly or not is another matter. Has Apple done little to rape users' aesthetics in recent years? 😂

@ Anonymous3272 simply and rudely give up the safe area

I hope the bezels of iPad Pro can be reduced after replacing OLED. Look at how thin the bezels of Huawei matepad 13.2 are

The ipad doesn't need Dynamic Island, that wide edge, what can't fit in
  • Anonymous2159 Jan 17, 2024
@ Anonymous7724 The premise of adding Dynamic Island must be to shrink the border. The combination of big border + Dynamic Island is so exciting

To be honest, if the usage rate of your previous ipad is not high, it will be dusty to buy a new one, especially gadgets like mini with low screen brightness, low refresh rate, heavy weight, poor sound, and short battery life. If you have used other series of ipads, it will be easier for people to fail to use mini

For mini7, it will be after June at the earliest, and there is no update news at present. It is estimated that it will be difficult to update the mini after October. air and pro are planned to be updated

The appearance of mini7 is most likely the same as that of mini6. The reason why the appearance before the fifth generation has not been changed for many years is probably because it is not a flagship, but just to unify the design language and marketing positioning (the positioning of mini is doomed to be impossible to plug you with Face ID and screen opening, otherwise the Pro positioning would be so awkward). 🐶

I heard that the iPad Pro is going to have an oled screen, but to be honest, the lcd feels really difficult to use

@ Anonymous8633 # 4 But to really say that's too "rape for the sake of rape", isn't it? https://i.imgur.com/krir4IG. png If I guess personally, Apple can at most conceive in advance what Dynamic Island will look like after the future digging disappears on iPadOS, and it should not deliberately add a hardware digging https://i.imgur.com/I8x3ang. png

@ Anonymous5842 # 12 Indeed, when I turn off the lights at night and gather with my roommates to play games, the LCD iPad and the OLED mobile phone display the same picture, but the OLED is more pleasing (the dim game screen)

There will be Dynamic Island, but it will always be pinned as ui
  • Anonymous8629 Jan 18, 2024
I think there should also be software Dynamic Island, as a unified instant notification function

@ Anonymous11165 The initial idea is to get an ipad with cards inserted, which can be used at any time. I don't know how big the gap is between ideal and reality
  • Anonymous1767 Jan 18, 2024
The iPad has such a large screen and bezel area where the camera sensing module can be placed. What are you thinking about? And have to get a Dynamic Island on the screen... horizontal and vertical screen. What about Dynamic Island?
  • Anonymous10584 Jan 18, 2024
@ Anonymous9345 # 13 Do you have to add a touch safety zone to the narrow bezel? Now what the iPad is like, many apps can't figure it out horizontally and vertically, so don't change the resolution.

@ Poster I have never bought the cellular version. For me, the iPad is basically used at home. When I go out with a tablet, it is enough to temporarily connect to the mobile phone hotspot on the Internet. The cellular version of the iPad card does not support making and receiving calls and sending and receiving messages. The battery life is even worse. I feel that not only does it have little advantage but it is quite uncomfortable
