Why does the iPad screen seem not hard enough

After switching to the 2022 basic version, I found that the screen will deform if my fingers exert force.
If there is a reflection in the black screen state, you can clearly see that the reflection is deformed when you press it, which makes me completely confused.
I used the 2018 basic version before, but I haven't noticed this phenomenon after using it for several years, or the degree of deformation is not enough to notice it... Is this a cost reduction?

Poster Mar 7, 2024@ Anonymous4196 Mobile? The same with mobile phones? However, the se3 I use has a thicker film, so I haven't found it yet... For tablets/mobile phones, the screen of handheld devices can be pressed down, which feels quite outrageous

Anonymous4196 Mar 7, 2024@ Poster For mobile phones, larger screens should make it easier to press down

Anonymous11469 Mar 7, 2024So far, the iPad doesn't use a fully fitted screen, so there is this problem. The screen doesn't look transparent, so you can press it down by pressing it hard. Now the iPad priced at 3000 is not as good as the screen of an Android tablet.

Anonymous5717 Mar 7, 2024Such a large area depends on the layer of glass on the surface. Even if it is replaced by a steel plate of the same thickness, you can still press it down

Anonymous7583 Mar 7, 2024You are pretty good. My tablet doesn't fully fit the screen. I can press the screen in with my fingers. I strongly suspect that the glue is not glued properly.

Anonymous5151 Mar 7, 2024As you get older, the hardness will naturally not be enough

Anonymous11469 Mar 8, 2024@ Anonymous11184 So I'm talking about iPad, not iPad Air and iPad Pro
