2024.4 Which iPad model is more suitable to buy now for productivity?

Instead of playing games, I mainly use modeling software nomad and shapr 3d, and painting. Quickly keep track of ideas and inspiration. (part-time)
I seldom use Apple's products and don't know much about them. I found this demand in the last year, so please recommend one. Second hand is also available.
