Apple Watch Ultra2, have you ever encountered a day when the battery life is insufficient? Now encountering battery life problems, Apple does not admit that there is a problem

I used it from December last year to the beginning of this month. I used it normally and could basically use it for two days. However, around the 5th of this month, the battery life could not be stable for one day at all, and basically all the power was consumed in one day. I took it to Genius Bar for inspection. The staff of Genius Bar tested the equipment and couldn't detect the battery problem. However, their staff also felt that it was abnormal when looking at the battery consumption histogram. Finally, they went back to the factory for repair. After returning to the factory, Apple just refreshed the system of the equipment and sent it back, saying that no problems were found, and it had been solved by refreshing the system. The result was the same as the abnormal power failure before sending it to Genius Bar. So I contacted online customer service and arranged engineering docking for me. As a result of engineering docking, I still took remote equipment maintenance. The conclusion still told me that there were no problems and abnormal power failures... Apple's current caliber is that there is no problem with its own equipment and there is no need for maintenance. Do all Ultra look like this after being used for a while? What other channels can I complain about Apple Watch? The following is a recent histogram of the power consumption from full charge. The power consumption speed is much faster than before this month. Whether I am outdoor sports or in power saving mode, this slope is consuming power https://imgur.com/a/VuWjbS6

I have encountered situations that can't be used for a day once or twice, but I haven't encountered others, so it's hard to say But a word of caution: Don't trust geniuses

I have replied to similar posts many times before, and they have all been solved. I don't know if I can help the original poster. First attempt: Turning off the phone, then turning off the watch and letting them reconnect will solve half the problem If not, reset the watch and at the same time turn off the phone and re-pair. (Data will not be lost, synchronization may be delayed, wait a moment) Most of the cases of sudden power failure are card data synchronization. Simply resetting the watch and restarting the watch won't work, you need to restart it together with the phone.

@ Anonymous10639 Isn't this equivalent to having to spend your own money to pay for Apple's current spicy chicken quality control and after-sales service, which makes people very uncomfortable. Although Apple's wise after-sales service is wasting my time now, it is far more than the cost of replacing it with AC + after failure. cost

I also think it's better to just replace ac + with a new one if it is broken. Genius, it takes time and effort and may not be repaired

@ Anonymous4028 Does turning off the phone mean restarting the system or resetting the system

I went there several times and insisted that the same problem was not fixed My screen flashes like the touch bar is broken and cannot be reproduced stably, but I have broken videos The so-called "return to the factory for repair" is useless. The third on-site maintenance worker applied to the store manager and directly changed it to another one

The poster first determines whether it is caused by third-party software. Recommendation: Reset the watch and re-pair it. Then don't install any third-party apps. Use it for a week and try to see if the battery has dropped severely.

There is a high probability that there is a problem with the 7.4 system, either upgrade to 7.5 beta, or depend on how to downgrade (I remember downgrading is very troublesome)

@ Anonymous2779 Excluding third-party influence, I tried this in the previous reset, and I can't stand it for another week. The battery life can't even last a day, and I have to force myself to use it like eating shit

This Ultra 2 is hard to break. If you go to AC + after forcibly destroying it, you may deny insurance. —— First, try changing your mobile phone and ID adaptation, adapting it with your family's mobile phone, and using family mode. Rule out your mobile phone data abnormalities; In addition, according to my experience, it is true that your mobile phone system may need to be updated at the same time as your AW. Only the mobile phone system is updated, but AW is not updated. Although AW can be displayed simultaneously, AW will also lose power abnormally. Need to upgrade the system for AW. Also, different App Store or other accounts with different accounts can also cause stuck. On the first day I got the S9, I found that I couldn't install the software anyway. After tossing for a long time, I found that as long as the App Store was changed to a different account (I forgot whether it was this account or a different account), the problem was solved. Since you were told that there was no problem after returning to the factory, there may really be no problem; It's just the data software aspect, which is annoying.

@ Anonymous11069 The system is always synchronized and up-to-date, icloud and app store id are the same

For example, if you reset the watch without making any matching, if it is a hardware problem such as motherboard leakage, the power failure should also occur. As # 30 said, try it with an apple id. If there is no problem with the hardware, there is a high probability that this bizarre thing is related to the apple id.

Recently, there is a ghost touch that is very annoying. Let's see if this is the problem

op There must be something wrong with this situation. I have been using my s9 for less than 3 months. If I don't record exercise and just wear it on my hand to monitor my daily physical condition, the daily power consumption is less than 40%, that is, after 48 hours, there is still 20% of the remaining power.-30%, never lasted 72 hours. If you turn on exercise recording, such as riding a bike for an hour or two, and record the track, the battery will not last for 48 hours. I turned off the screen constants, raised my wrist to wake up, and noise detection.

@ Poster Restart, it's none of the phone's business. I encountered it once myself, and my friends encountered it once, and it was all solved like this. If it still doesn't work, remember to take a video with your mobile phone, and you can prove it directly in the store. By the way, both sides must be the latest system, not one new and the other old, and try not to install the beta version.

My Ultra2 is usually charged once every 4 days. Occasionally, I stay up late and use excessively. I charge once every 3 days

That is, there may be some unknown problem with the system. A similar situation has occurred in the S7 in my hand, that is, the power consumption is very fast, and 6 hours is enough. I restarted it to no avail, and the system was restored after re-pairing and updating. I have been using it for two years, and there have been three similar situations, but I haven't found any patterns. It only works after re-pairing it after leaving the factory.

During this period, my S9 also experienced a battery life of less than one day. It charged slowly, heated up, and prompted abnormal charging. I went to the after-sales inspection and said it was fine
