imac2017 27-inch, upgraded the m2 of the fusion disk. It turns out that the mechanical disk cannot be mounted. The data is all on the mechanical disk. Is there a way to read the data? More than 700 g has not been backed up. I always thought it could be used directly as a second disk. Have you handled it? Does this disk have to be used in a fused environment?

Anonymous6985 Apr 27, 2024The fusion disk is used with the SSD before it is erased, and it will definitely not be read when used alone The mechanical disk must be erased and stored before it can be read

Anonymous2936 Apr 27, 2024Back up the data first and then change the hard disk. Now try changing it back to the original hard disk

Poster Apr 27, 2024@ Anonymous6985 You can see the original file with data recovery software, and the data is still there. I don't know what coquettish operations can be used to recover it easily.,, install it back into the original ssd and it should be recovered @ Anonymous2936

Anonymous2605 Apr 27, 2024If your information is important, you can try Chiyou Mac Data Recovery. Find customer service to get the version to recover fusion disk data. You can choose SSD and HDD separately. You can ask customer service for a discount on the price.

Anonymous2937 May 21, 2024@ Poster In my historical post, use the U disk PE tool to read it, and then copy it under PE

Poster May 23, 2024@ Anonymous2937 # 7 It's cooked after disassembling a few more times. The first time I replace the ssd, the second time I replace it back to the original ssd, and the third time I copy the data and then replace it with a new ssd. This software cannot read the split fusion disk
