Watch S9 plays update reminders every day and has forced vibration. Is there a way to turn it off?

My watch is just used to check the time, and occasionally I go out to answer a phone call without my mobile phone. Other functions are not used at all, and there is no meaning in updating them at all. (I wanted to use it to listen to songs before buying it, but I didn't upload a song after tossing for a day. I don't know what the built-in Apple Music app is for)
What's even more outrageous is that the vibration of this notification can't be turned off. I thought it was something important, but it turned out to be an update to watchOS.
