The newly purchased s9 cannot be booted normally. Have you ever encountered any problems?

Yesterday, the new s9 arrived, very excited to start the machine for inspection, who knows... When I pressed the power-on button, there was a high temperature warning that the phone could not be turned on, and then it was charged. During the charging period, a white apple kept flashing on the screen. It took about an hour and a half to charge. I was going to try to turn it on again and then the English interface appeared. "Erase all contentand settings? This will reset thedevice to factorydefaults.", we have never played Apple Watch before, and we don't know what's going on, and we haven't found out why on the Internet. Does anyone understand?

It's broken. It seems that mine can be turned on as soon as I get it. I can take it directly for return and exchange

@ Anonymous4242 I have never encountered this kind of situation, especially if there are problems with booting

Isn't it good to buy a second-hand one

Of course, if the newly bought one cannot be turned on, it will be returned or exchanged. What else can I ask? But it's almost June, and it's not a good time to buy Apple iPhone and watch products
