Apple Watch vibration function bug, have you ever encountered it?

The old Apple watch died suddenly. The motherboard was broken and couldn't be turned on. I just replaced it with a new one and set it to a new watch. The firmware page shows vibration, but there is actually no vibration. The vibration function of the Apple Watch is normal when swimming, but the vibration fails after landing and connecting the iPhone. The watch vibration resumes about 5 minutes after the iPhone is turned off. Once the iPhone vibrates on the face, the function will fail. Have you ever encountered a similar situation? What is the solution? Not really trying to factory reset the iPhone.

I have encountered that canceling the pairing and re-pairing the Apple Watch and then restoring it seems to have little to do with the iPhone. (Cancelling pairing and re-pairing will prompt whether to reset Apple Watch settings. There is no need to reset Apple Watch, and the impact is very small)

    Encountered twice, re-paired.
