mac mini2018 is seriously hot

I use a mac mini2018 in the company. I don't know when the cpu temperature started to soar. I checked the activity monitor and found that it was search party d that took up a lot of cpu resources. What the hell is this search party d? Now adjust the fan to full speed to press it to about 60 degrees, but the sound is too loud.
