Do you have an Apple Watch portable charging head

I want to take one less charging cable with me when I go out. Is there a watch charging head with a USB-C female port so that it can share a cable with my mobile phone? It needs to support fast charging, and it is best to have MFi certification. I have seen a lot on TB., they all feel very fake.
