Please recommend Apple Watch sleep detection software, slightly more accurate

The main reason is that it does not monitor sleeping during the day, and I want to see the blood oxygen saturation, heart rate and respiratory rate when sleeping, I hope it can be more intuitive

Ask the same thing. I've heard some people recommend two: Sleep Cycle and AutoSleep. I only use AutoSheep, sleep monitoring and the "health" that comes with iOS are somewhat inaccurate and feel a little stricter, so I get less sleep time, but you can adjust the mode yourself and choose the one you think is accurate. I didn't tune it. In addition, I would like to ask: Do you have to turn on the "sleep" of the "concentration mode" to monitor the temperature and breathing rate? I always forget to open it because I didn't think I could fall asleep so early, so I didn't open it, and then I fell asleep …

Addition: My own "Health" and Autosleep can both detect daytime sleep. I don't know what you can't detect it.

@ Anonymous10228 It seems that watchOS 11, which is about to be updated soon, solves this problem/t/1049410

The built-in app can monitor daytime sleep without entering sleep mode

@ Anonymous3193 I am now the latest version of iOS 17 and watchOS10. I don't need to turn on "sleep mode" and it will automatically detect sleep, including < sleep time, heart rate, heart rate variability, blood oxygen >, but < temperature, respiration rate > is missing. I don't quite understand the situation. Everyone's watchOS 10 has to turn on "sleep mode". Can it be detected?

AutoSleep has been in use for three years. The usage suggestion is not to go to calibrate, just use the default. After a period of time, you greatly change and know one of its standards, and then you can know your sleep situation according to his score.

Updated watchOS 11 Public Beta, sleep still cannot be detected during the day, and you still have to rely on AutoSleep

AutoSleep has been used for several years, and it has a little more sensory data than its built-in analysis. It scientifically analyzes the sleep cycle on time

@ Anonymous10228 Yes, yes, this is really painful

Actually, it's not allowed. For example, sometimes you lie in bed at night and swipe your phone, or lie down and think about your mind, which is also considered sleep

I've been using AutoSleep all the time, but I've always felt uncertain.

The built-in and autosleep are not as accurate as Xiaomi Mi bracelet... So I don't pay much attention to it now

I bought autosleep when I was on s3, but... Before the Applewatch did sleep, it was said that autosleep was the best. As soon as sleep monitoring was launched, it was found that the two data were sometimes quite different. If it's free, it's better to bring it yourself. If it's more accurate, it's better to spend some money on auto.

I bought an autosleep, mainly because there is a rating. If apple can rate it, it will kill auto sleep. I think
