How to use Fitness + audio training alone on Watch in China?

I found that I especially enjoyed the running podcast inside Apple Fitness +, but I didn't want to take my phone for a run. Although I can successfully turn on and listen to its Time to Run podcast from my phone, if I start audio training directly from the watch's fitness app, it will prompt "Unable to play audio This Apple Watch is connected to the Internet". Trying to download it on the watch in advance failed after a few seconds. This should still be a matter of subscription authentication. I tried the global proxy mode of multiple proxy software on the mobile phone connected to the watch, but none of them worked; iRingo also seems useless.     -Are you a GPS version, not a cellular Apple Watch? If it is the GPS version, it is because the network switch unique to GPS for each App is not turned on for the Workout App.
