Should I choose the Hong Kong version or another (non-Chinese) version of Watch S10?

It is known that the charging frequency of Bank of China's S10 is not as good as that of the Hong Kong version. Bank of China charges 80% in 1 hour, and the Hong Kong version charges 80% in 30 minutes.
