Suddenly I thought of a huge pit of the Bank of China's applewatch

According to the instructions on the official website, the Bank of China applewatch (later ultra2 and applewatch10) is equipped with a separate model of charger, and this new charger in the official website compatibility only supports the new versions of the Bank of China version ultra2 and applewatch10.
Then there is a question here. Is the new version of Apple Watch compatible with the old version of the charger? Looking at the compatibility list of the old charger, it seems that it is not supported. The large number of third-party chargers and N-in-one charging brackets will stop. People who bought the new version of the National Bank's applewatch do not support it now, and existing third-party chargers do not support it either. It is foreseeable that in the future, these accessories will have to go abroad separately to the applewatch charging version.
What a huge pit!

Anonymous11982 Sep 12, 2024I feel that it may be able to charge, but it cannot reach the nominal power. It will be matched according to the minimum agreement... If it really cannot affect the sales volume of the Bank of China, it may have an impact of 10%.

Anonymous10584 Sep 12, 2024It is not supported, the new watch will pop up a prompt when placed on the old charger, telling you that it is not supported. Let's be a good foreign version.

Poster Sep 12, 2024In fact, it's hard to say. Let's wait until Zhong Wenze tests it around the 18th. 😂

Anonymous2828 Sep 12, 2024@ Anonymous10584 Has anyone tested it already? This is too crazy. The battery life is not good in the first place, and the fast charging is cut...

Anonymous2804 Sep 12, 2024The charger of the new watch of the Bank of China cannot charge the old watch. It is currently doubtful whether the charger of the old watch can charge the new watch

Anonymous480 Sep 12, 2024@ Anonymous4517 My understanding is that WPT standard chargers cannot charge other devices, but it doesn't say that chargers of other devices cannot charge new devices, which means they can

Anonymous3476 Sep 12, 2024@ Anonymous2804 You can go to Apple's official website to see the description of the old charger: https://www.apple.com.cn/shop/product/MT0H3CH/A To make it clear: This charger does not support charging the Apple Watch Series 10.

Anonymous472 Sep 12, 2024Damn it, it's so cheating, I'm not interested anymore, it's not as good as the 9th generation
-
Anonymous3020 Sep 12, 2024How do those third-party chargers support both 9 and 10

Poster Sep 12, 2024@ Anonymous11982 It's hard to say. I feel that the new domestic chargers are redone frequency bands. Maybe they are incompatible with each other, unless the firmware is strong and can adapt, but the compatibility list on the official website is not optimistic

Anonymous2397 Sep 12, 2024"Unable to charge. This is a country-specific charger. It is not compatible with this Apple Watch." Purely literally, it should be a special version of chargers that cannot charge AW in other regions.

Anonymous12907 Sep 12, 2024Don't worry about it, just go to the Hong Kong version or the US version
-
Anonymous10736 Sep 12, 2024Can the new version of the charger charge the external version of the watch
-
Poster Sep 12, 2024@ Anonymous10736 No, this is definitely no

Poster Sep 12, 2024@ Anonymous3020 They are most likely talking about the public version 10
