2024 Apple watch U2 black, can I achieve fast charging with the money to buy fast charging?

by Poster Oct 10, 2024 14
I just recently switched from s6 to u2 with 24 models, and after buying it, I found out that I castrated fast charging??? I checked the information and said that the cable does not support fast charging. Will the watch itself support it by changing to a fast charging cable? Guys, please give me an answer? Thanks ❤ ️

The watch itself does not support it, but changing the fast charging cable will be slightly faster For details, see: https://www.v2ex.com/t/1078274 # r _ 15348952 And:/t/1075371/t/1076939

It can only be a little faster. I originally wanted to talk about overseas, but when I saw you mentioned u2, hey, there was nothing I could do. Because the subsequent version of the cellular version does not support China's eSIM, it is estimated that because the hardware aspect was cut off, Apple did not have a better solution for a while, so it simply used the international version to cover Hong Kong.

    @ Anonymous330 # 1 Ok, thanks big guy.

https://support.apple.com/en-us/108056 Just look at the comparison between U2 and U1. The hardware of U2 in China is different, so there is no chance. It either accepts slow charging or returns the foreign version, but you can't use eSim (unless you are a foreign Sim)

@ Poster # 2 Now there are 24 U2 models of the Bank of China. When I activate it, my mobile phone is a telecom card, prompting me to open the No.1 dual terminal. Does this mean that cellular is still supported? In this cellular mode, if my mobile phone is turned off, can my watch make calls alone? I tried it and it doesn't seem to work.. If this doesn't work, it doesn't seem to be useful.

It's really uncomfortable that the Hong Kong version of esim can't be used in China now. You can't have fast charging and esim both ways, we have to wait and see

Guys, do the Hong Kong version of 24 Apple watches support fast charging?
  • Poster Oct 10, 2024
@ Anonymous6740 # 7 As mentioned above, support. But don't support domestic esim..

Fast charging has been castrated. How long does it take to charge now?

@ Poster I was wondering if last year's Ultra 2 would work.

It would be nice if the international version of the iPhone covered Hong Kong, which already supports esim

@ Poster The old version of ultra2, that is, the Hong Kong version sold before September 20, supports domestic esim, but it is basically out of stock now, so you can only buy second-hand ones. Apple Watches after September 20 do not support domestic esim, but buy GPS The version is more suitable, and also has fast charging and various new features

    @ Anonymous9330 # 9 Haven't calculated it carefully, but it's okay.

The official website of Hong Kong checked that the Hong Kong version also supports the esim of the Bank of China
