About the problems encountered in synchronizing heart rate with Apple Fitness by third-party sports wearable devices or apps

In the past, I encountered the problem of sometimes losing heart rate data after using a Garmin watch and synchronizing to Apple Health
Later, after using the apple watch, there is no such problem. However, when using a third-party APP such as WatchOutDoors, you will encounter the phenomenon that the aw heart rate cannot be read a few minutes before running. In winter, the watch must be worn outside clothes, and the third-party heart rate belt is used. There is no problem with the heart rate, but after synchronizing to Apple Health, new problems are encountered:
1. Heart rate cannot be displayed in sections
2. Sometimes the heart rate chart will suddenly rise in the middle, and the average is not accurate
However, if the synchronized heart rate is synchronized to a third-party sports platform, such as Yuepaoquan and strava, there is no problem with the heart rate data, and the displayed chart and average heart rate are accurate, so it feels that Apple Health still receives the heart rate of third-party apps or wearable devices Caused by poor compatibility
I wonder if anyone has encountered such problems
