How to copy the apple watch recording separately?

Because the iPhone was lost, it was set to lost mode. During this period, there was an important recording, so I recorded it with my watch. Later, the phone was found, but after the phone lost mode was restored, the watch could not be paired. After searching, the watch had to be reset, and the recording was lost. What should I do?
All I think is to play it from my watch and transcribe it with other devices, but the sound quality will decrease, and the recording time will change, so the evidence is a bit flawed.
Now it can only be used offline, and I dare not touch it. Other functions can't be used, which makes it very uncomfortable.

Anonymous2656 Oct 13, 2024Don't pair it yet. The evidence is only legally valid if it is on the original device. Or see if your watch can record, synchronize iCloud or backup-restore like your mobile phone. In the end, any audio and video recording, if the equipment is transferred, will no longer have the effect of evidence.

Poster Oct 13, 2024@ Anonymous2656 # 1 Thank you, it seems that there is no function to sync watch to iCloud or backup separately. The watch has been used away from the iPhone for a few days, and it really feels like a pure watch. I don't know if the cellular version will be more independent.

Anonymous6739 Oct 13, 2024@ Anonymous2656 assumes that there is no option backup case. Does it still have legal effect to ask legal personnel to video and transcribe the whole process? Pure curiosity asked.
