Where is a reliable place to repair iPad in Shanghai? v friends recommend it

This morning, my ipad couldn't be turned on for no reason. I went to Genius Bar to look at it and they said it would cost 4,000 to replace it with a new one. Either 0 yuan for recycling. I thought I could find a reliable third party to rescue it, but I have never repaired my ipad in Shanghai, so I came here to ask my friends if there is any recommended place to repair my ipad.
