The maximum number of days of fitness on Apple Watch and iPhone is always counted inaccurately. Is there any solution?

The fitness on the iPhone is linked to the training of the Apple Watch, and the fitness ring is insisted on every day.
However, it is found that the longest continuous activity days of the fitness APP will always be up to standard on some days, but the longest persistent days are not recorded, resulting in the longest persistent days being always inaccurate.
Is there any solution?

Anonymous9729 Dec 28, 2024If you exercise every morning and close the activity ring, there will be no problem. If you exercise too late and don't synchronize, you may not have medals

Poster Dec 30, 2024@ Anonymous9729 looked at it, and it seems that it is not necessarily related to when to finish the exercise... I close the circular ones at noon/afternoon, and sometimes I don't go in and count continuously.
