    Try removing the case. The magnets in the case will make the Hall sensor work and keep the screen on.

    @ Anonymous4973 usually doesn't wear a protective case. Instead, wearing a protective case and closing the cover can trigger the Hall screen to rest. When the cover is opened, the screen will automatically light up, and the one will always light up
