Damn it, I bought an 11-inch US cellular iPad and it overturned. Now I can't activate 3HK ESIM. What should I do?

Says ESIM card is not supported
Do you have to fly to Hong Kong to activate it? The mainland network is already a Hong Kong node

Anonymous6161 Jan 6, 20253HK esim does not support m series ipad. The esim I bought before failed to activate on m2 ipad pro, and I contacted customer service to get a reply. The esim activated normally on the iphone afterwards.
