I want to change the battery for iPad 9, please recommend it.

The battery life of the iPad9 in 2022 has crashed recently. Aisi shows that the maximum capacity is still more than 70%, and it shows more than 80 when fully charged. Without considering after-sales replacement, it doesn't feel worth it. This machine can only sell for a little over 1000.
I saw that there are disassembled batteries sold online, with low cycle, maximum capacity of 90 +, and less than 100 yuan. Is this battery reliable? Considering that the battery chip is encrypted and the data cannot be rewritten, the data of the battery should be authentic... Is this feasible? When you buy it, you will exchange it for the manual fee outside.
Or recommend other cost-effective solutions, such as battery cell replacement solutions. I feel that few stores do it, but there are many iPhones.
