Is iPad mini7 worth buying? I want an 8-inch tablet

I have always wanted an 8-inch tablet.
I have been using Xiaomi before, but unfortunately the performance of the last Xiaomi Mi Pad 4 in several years is no longer enough.
I have used the ipad mini6 and feel okay. The 6 can insert a card, but the 7 cannot insert a card;
I just read JD.com's national supplement, mini7 128G esim version can be bought for 3999, it feels quite good
Besides Lenovo, do any other manufacturers have 8-inch tablet products or plans
