Recently, I don't know what happened with the communication between watch and mobile phone, but there were several problems:
① The sleep alarm turned into a mobile phone ringing, and it stopped ringing at hand.
② Health and three-color ring data cannot be synchronized in time.
③ Unlocking the mobile phone and unlocking the watch synchronously doesn't work either. Still have to enter the password
Already operated:
Unbind watch, restore and reconnect, disconnect Bluetooth and reconnect, and restart various types. Still not working.
All kinds of methods found on the Internet have also been tried. It doesn't work.
The systems are all the latest IOS18.3 and 11.3, has anyone encountered it please.

Poster Feb 5, 2025@ Anonymous4570 What about health data? Can the three-color ring be synchronized in time?

Anonymous4570 Feb 5, 2025@ Poster is normal, but all reminders are not working, and the alarm clock is gone. 😂

Anonymous2195 Feb 6, 2025After updating 11.3, mine is easy to touch by mistake, and I turned off the alarm clock for no reason

Poster Feb 6, 2025@ Anonymous2195 I specially tested it and it either turned off by mistake or didn't ring. It's really strange

Anonymous10223 Feb 6, 2025Mine didn't ring either. I set the alarm clock at around 7 o'clock in the morning and slept until around 10 o'clock 🙃

Anonymous2195 Feb 10, 2025@ Poster # 5 That, I recently saw a post saying that there is a bug in the game mode of 18.3, which will cause vibration and sound failure. I wonder if you play King or not. If the game mode is triggered, you need to restart the phone.

Poster Feb 10, 2025@ Anonymous4570 # 3 Then you guess the vibrator is broken. I set the alarm separately and it still vibrates. It just doesn't link with the mobile phone

Poster Feb 10, 2025@ Anonymous2195 # 8 not playing games and rebooting or even resetting many times...

Anonymous4570 Feb 10, 2025@ Poster The case was solved. I had an MRI years ago and forgot to take off my watch. It should be that the strong magnetic field broke the motor. There happened to be an excuse for s10 😂

Poster Feb 10, 2025@ Anonymous4570 # 11 It's a coincidence. I also broke the motor by MRI last year. Taobao repaired it locally for 120 yuan https://i.imgur.com/agAJ0Rd.png
