Last week, JD.com bought a state-subsidized computer. After it arrived, the courier said that it had to be activated in person and photographed, otherwise the goods would not be delivered.
So I was asked to unpack it and let it take pictures. As a result, all the photos taken by my little brother were rejected by JD.COM system. It was the first time my little brother saw this kind of equipment, and I didn't know how to go through the process.
Getting into a deadlock...
Seeing that I couldn't deliver the goods, I went to work. He brought the unpacked computer back to the courier site.
He called me again in the afternoon and said that the photo was uploaded successfully. I was shocked when I said it was to plug it in and turn it on.
When I came home from work in the evening, he delivered the goods to my door. I asked him if I could still return them. He said it can't unless there is a quality problem.

Poster Feb 12, 2025This is very good, after all, I bought it only when there is demand, not for arbitrage

Anonymous373 Feb 12, 2025Too many We Media use JD.com as the source of evaluation machines, and even public figures publicly encourage them to buy a bunch of trials for 7 days without reason No one wants to buy a touch machine, right
-
Anonymous1700 Feb 12, 2025I have bought products in JD.COM that were returned because of minor defects before, and they were completely mixed with new products. If JD.COM's move is to reduce this situation laterally, I support it.

Anonymous6311 Feb 12, 2025The Honor magic7 I bought was activated in person. I asked JD.com customer service in advance and said it was a policy requirement. The courier was unskilled in receiving the goods. I had never done it in a small place. It took a long time to do it

Anonymous3321 Feb 12, 2025@ Anonymous373 I feel that it shouldn't be the reason for touching it, just that the state subsidy price is cheaper to prevent resale. If it is not a state subsidy, there should be no such restriction.

Anonymous6312 Feb 12, 2025The national subsidy is like this. If you are more strict, your identity information will be registered. JD.com may already have it here
-
Anonymous6313 Feb 12, 2025I didn't ask to activate it on site

Anonymous6314 Feb 12, 2025"Seeing that I couldn't deliver the goods, I went to work. He brought the unpacked computer back to the courier site." This is the question,,, when you leave, do you receive the goods or confiscate them? If you really can't submit it, it should be regarded as a failure to receive the goods, and you should return/reject it on the spot, so that the courier can figure out how to upload it and go through the process before coming back. You can learn from your mistakes. This situation must be made clear face to face, and you will either get entangled or suffer a loss.

Anonymous6315 Feb 12, 2025Very good, it reflects actual needs

Poster Feb 12, 2025@ Anonymous6314 because it has been dismantled, he said on the spot that the result should not be the same. On the grounds that unpacking will affect secondary sales, he will not refund it. Send it out as a reminder to everyone.

Poster Feb 12, 2025@ Poster And the mentality at the scene was that I was determined to buy it, and I had no idea of returning it. I only have the idea of returning or exchanging when I find scratches when I get them. You can learn from your mistakes
-
Anonymous1896 Feb 12, 2025It's all dismantled, why let the other party take it away
-
Anonymous6314 Feb 12, 2025@ Poster If there are scratches found on the spot, can't it be returned or exchanged? If problems are found on the spot after unpacking, it should be possible to directly return or exchange the goods according to the quality problem, right? Is it possible that a crushed machine can't be returned or exchanged after receiving it?

Anonymous6314 Feb 12, 2025@ Poster # 11 There's no way. This kind of thing must be explained face to face. It's too dangerous for you to let the courier take this away.

Anonymous444 Feb 12, 2025This year, the national subsidy requires that the inspection machine be disassembled on site, and the SN code or other unique codes in the electronic equipment settings should be photographed. The national subsidy I bought on pdd has to be operated like this.
-
Poster Feb 12, 2025@ Anonymous6314 At first glance, it seems that the courier accidentally scratched it. The scratch is artificial and does not affect the use. Not really a quality problem
-
Anonymous2336 Feb 12, 2025This was not the case before. After the new mobile phone is subsidized in China, the photo process is required. Maybe JD.com has changed it to the one that requires photo taking
-
Poster Feb 12, 2025@ Anonymous1896 can only be dismantled to take photos and activate them, and the photos taken must be approved by JD.com if unpacking & & taking photos & & photos are approved { return delivery goods } else { return does not give the goods }

Anonymous3977 Feb 12, 2025Last week, I went to Xiaomi Home to buy a Xiaomi Mi 15 for my elders. I also turned it on and activated it on the spot to take pictures. After that, I wrote "National subsidy has been used" with a marker on the box. I personally can understand it. Although it is not very comfortable, I think about it. If I don't do this, I guess the real benefits won't come to me.

Anonymous6316 Feb 12, 2025Mobile phones purchased by the state also need to be turned on and photographed on the spot.
