iPhone push notification setting issues

Douban, the App push notification turns off "group popular content", or pushes "Douban Community Tabloid". Zhihu, the App push notification turns on "Like/Like/Applause", but there is still no relevant notification. Am I setting it incorrectly, or is there something wrong with some App push?
