Is the US version of iPad pro2021 12.9 on Pinduoduo reliable?

I want to buy an ipad pro for my youngest daughter to watch cartoons. The screen quality of the pro is better. I think the price of the new American version 2t on Pinduoduo is more than 6,000. Does anyone know what the pitfalls are?
