iPhone 16 PRO MAX Bluetooth can't connect to AirPods, won't they break?

As the title
Several times recently, AirPods PRO won't connect to the iPhone.
It shows that you can see the power level and the device but cannot be connected.
You must restart your iPhone to continue using it.
After resetting Airports according to the previous post of V Station, if you don't restart your iPhone, the connection menu menu will pop up. But the connection fails.
You must restart your iPhone before you can connect and pair successfully.
And when the connection cannot be successfully connected, Bluetooth cannot find any nearby devices.
The weird thing is that a reboot is fine.
I wonder if anyone else has encountered the same situation as me. iPhone 16 PRO MAX 512G.

Anonymous8399 Mar 5, 2025I have a similar situation, I am using an iphone 15 plus and Airpods 4 ANC, and occasionally I can't connect. My current solution is to turn off the iphone bluetooth and turn it back on and it works

Poster Mar 5, 2025@ Anonymous8399 I can't get better even if I return my Bluetooth. You have to restart your phone to be fine.

Anonymous1404 Mar 6, 2025I'm afraid the original genuine version is not a bug in 18.3.1. I thought it was because the bug I used in multiple AirPods is already in 18.4. Let's see if it will still appear, but 18.4 is a bit stuck..

Poster Mar 7, 2025@ Anonymous1404 The problem remains after upgrading 18.4. Within a day the problem reappeared. 😂
