Does iPad OS18, the latest system of iPad mini, not automatically fill in the passwords of each software?

Has anyone encountered this situation? Now Apple officially only replaces but does not repair the M series iPad. I replaced it with a mini7 two days ago. The previous mini6 iPad OS15 did not have this problem. This new machine is like this. I don't know if it's a BUG in OS18.
