Pits when iCloud synchronizes wifi settings

The cause of the incident is that I just got 16pm today. After turning it on and setting it up, I found that the wifi can only run about 300mbps (the router setting is 802.11 ax/160MHz), which feels wrong. I checked online and found that the reason is that iCloud will synchronize all the network settings of the old mobile phone, which may also include some parameters that cause the speed slowdown to be very severe. [Many people have encountered this problem] (https://discussions.apple.com/thread/255148144?sortBy = rank)
The solution is also very simple, just restore the system network Settings (Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone, note that this will also reset the device name)
I don't know if any v friends have encountered similar problems, but I hope it can be helpful to you.

Anonymous3647 Mar 11, 2025Curious about the parameters that old mobile phones can have that cause severe speed slowdown? It stands to reason that there are no parameters to set the iPhone's wifi. I used an iPhone xs max before, a 2018 phone, which only supports wifi5. I changed to 16PM in September last year, which is to directly synchronize the xs max settings with iCloud. Some time ago, my home AP was upgraded to wifi7. Using 16PM testing, it can directly run to about 1600Mbs without resetting the network parameters.

Anonymous370 Mar 11, 2025@ Anonymous3647 Have you tested how much iPhone can run under Wi-Fi 6?

Anonymous370 Mar 11, 2025@ Anonymous3647 The iPhone 15 Pro can only run about 600Mbps under my Wi-Fi 7. Not sure where the settings are wrong.
