I forgot which version it started from, or did I have this problem all the time? When I unlock it, I can't call the camera when I open the third-party camera software (such as DAZZ, PhotonCam). It's completely black, and I can't delete the background and re-enter it. Open the original camera. No problem.
If you restart the phone can solve it, if you don't restart it after a while and suddenly it will be fine again.. I wonder if friends v have ever encountered this situation?

Anonymous646 Mar 17, 2025Let me tell you a method to try: First, close (completely exit) all domestic apps; Second, press the volume button once, immediately press the volume button once, immediately press and hold the power on button for 10 seconds without moving at all (ignore the screen display "slide to shut down") until you see the Apple logo and then release it. Third, the screen should not be black when you open the third-party camera app again.

Anonymous646 Mar 19, 2025@ Poster Apple officially suggested hard boot. In fact, when we shut down, we don't shut down completely, which can be understood as shutting down the screen. And restarting like this is equivalent to cleaning up the memory. https://support.apple.com/zh-cn/guide/iphone/iph8903c3ee6/ios
