iPhone 15 Pro max or iPhone 16 plus

When the iPhone 11 first came out, I bought a 64GB version for my mother. Recently, my mother has been saying that the battery of the phone is not good and the storage is not enough. So I was going to look at the 512GB versions of iPhone 15 pro max and iPhone 16 plus on Xianyu, thinking of using it for a while to be a nail household. The price difference between the two is not much, and the price of Xianyu is around 6,500-7,000. However, I can't make up my mind on a few points, and I would like to ask you for some suggestions:
1. The most concerned thing is definitely battery life. I read online that the battery life of 16plus is very high. I wonder how it compares with 15PM? Moreover, the battery health of second-hand 16plus on Xianyu is basically 100, while the battery health of 15PM is between 88-100, and most of them are between 90-93. This difference will also bring about a difference in battery life.
2. Secondly, fever. I remember hearing that I have severe fever at 15PM before. What are the main aspects of this usual use? Is it in terms of taking photos and videos, or in all aspects? Does 16 plus have any fever problems?
3. High refresh screen. Of course, I still want my mother to experience the high refresh screen. After all, this thing can't go back after using it. And is the 15PM screen much better than the 16plus?
4. Guarantee. Now the Bank of China's 16plus is definitely guaranteed, and I feel more at ease. I have to brush it from time to time at 15PM. Of course this is not a big problem.
