Ask if there is an app on Mac that can keep two windows of the same program active at the same time

Last week, I took advantage of the subsidy to buy the M4. It was my first time to use a Mac. I fiddled with it at home all day on Sunday. Other usage habits can be slowly trained by Apple, but there are only two things that I can't accept. 1. I often need to use the chrome browser, open two browser Windows at the same time, and frequently switch between the two browser Windows. Windows can operate without barriers, but Mac needs to click on the inactive window to activate it before it is very awkward to operate. Is there any application that can keep the two Windows of chrome active at the same time? 2. The Razer mouse I am using now needs to be matched with Razer's Thundercloud software to change the mouse button position (for example, the middle of the scroll wheel is changed to refresh, and the side button is changed to back), but Thundercloud on Mac does not have this function. Is there any application that can meet my needs? Or is there any other mouse and software that can satisfy this requirement? Thank you very much for your answer.

On mac, chrome itself has a multi-window active state. What you are talking about should be that you cannot directly switch windows in the same application. Generally, it is implemented by borrowing third-party applications, such as contexts, hyeperswitch, etc.
