Can't iPad Pro 2020 have full blood video HDR?

Has it been my device recently? (iPadpro2021 ios18.2) It is very dark to watch HDR videos with infuse. Turn on video recording to automatically brighten and restore HDR. Do you have any friends who have the same doubts?
