Do you think Microsoft To Do is more convenient than Apple reminders?

I use To Do, and the only drawback is that when setting the time reminder, I need to click to see the specific time.

I set up wekan by myself. A few years ago, I saw an expiration email function, which was pushed to WeChat through qq mailbox. Later tar compressed package overlay, never found the tutorial...

iPhone reminders Log in to your Microsoft account, Microsoft todo and iPhone reminders are synchronized, and multiple terminals across platforms can synchronize notifications and reminders

@ Anonymous5535 This is the case on IOS, and it cannot be configured. Android doesn't have this problem (or the opposite logic, which can't be configured again). To Microsoft, both Chinese and English tried, currently useless.

to do cross-platform, this reminder can't be compared. Microsoft's biggest problem is that the new version of outlook is done too poorly, and to do is quite easy to use.

to do on android, very easy to use

Isn't it that when you log in to the Microsoft account on the iPhone, Windows's to-do reminders are directly synced to Apple's reminders, and the calendar is synced to Apple's calendar?

I use Apple Calendar to synchronize Apple's reminders. When the reminders are clicked to complete, the calendar will be added to complete in front of the schedule. Multi-terminal synchronization is very easy to use (it will also sync to the calendar of Android phone). My computer likes to watch the calendar schedule, and you can see that I pick up the week's to-do. Use a reminder to determine whether the tick is completed (the reminder is completed, and the calendar schedule also shows that it is completed). Both computers and mobile phones have made shortcut commands to quickly create a new calendar schedule (it will be synchronized to the reminder after the new schedule).

MStodo (when I used it in previous years) is simply synchronization hell. Whether the PC version can be synchronized successfully depends entirely on luck. Originally, I chose it because I wanted to use it with my family without FQ, but I completely abandoned it after being tossed and tossed several times.

Thinking of Microsoft's office 365, I threw up.

Now Apple's calendar + reminders + Calflow, this combination is very good, non-advertising

The reminder that comes with iOS is the only one that can be pinned. If you don't clear the notification, it can always be pinned on the lock screen

@ Anonymous2247 Brother, how to synchronize Apple calendar and reminders? Shortcuts?
  • Anonymous5124 Mar 29, 2025
The wonderful list used to be a good thing, but Microsoft took it over and changed it into the To-Do, which is standing still and unwilling to make progress.

@ Anonymous4462 I abandoned Microsoft todo for the same reason and used tick list instead. However, the repetitive task function of tick list is much better, but various errors in implementation logic are also very troublesome. I feel that there is no perfect personal task management tool.

@ Anonymous6704 The built-in system can also be synchronized, but I want two-way synchronization, so I use shortcut commands.
