What is the pattern of the appearance of servers in Findari?

There are disk shared files in the LAN, so when online, the server will be displayed on the left side of the Finder. However, after removing the server or disconnecting, the server icon is still displayed on the left side of Finder. Why, and sometimes an error message pops up: The server cannot be accessed! Once, when the machine was not turned off, and after switching to another office environment, inaccessible information kept popping up, which was very annoying! What is the rule of whether this server shows it or not?

I also notice this problem occasionally. It should be that you must actively disconnect (Command + E) in Finder first, and the icon in the sidebar will disappear. If it is not actively disconnected, the icon seems to be there all the time, and it will only return to normal when you restart the computer. Sometimes I don't actively disconnect, the icon is always there, but the pop-up window you mentioned has never appeared.

The function of this piece feels shabby and unstable. It's just a mystery, and I still haven't understood it. There are two macs at home with sharing set up, the same system and the same settings, and one of them doesn't appear in the list on the left, so I have to look for it from the network every time.

It seems that Apple hasn't solved this problem for many years. I reset the system so it doesn't pop up.
