Can the macmini m4 24g + 10g network port version be used as bypass + nas?

At present, the data of networked devices at home is 70 + (all those that can use Bluetooth mesh use Bluetooth as much as possible). I want to use macmini + surge as bypass routing. The main routing is Ruijie Scorpio Longbo version (main routing) + Ruijie Snow Leopard be50 (sub-routing) Are there any risks in such a network structure coupled with macmini bypass? macmini bypass + nas, is the performance enough? Can anyone share their experience?

Just buy an n100 small host for soft routing, then buy a 10 Gigabit router and add a 10 Gigabit switch. Last 10 Gigabit nas. Computers just do what computers should do, and don't try to save money. Don't expect too much from a cheap mac mini. Stability or hardware router switch. Not a product of an order of magnitude.

The performance is definitely enough, and it is no problem to run local large models. Mine is the beggar version of m4 macmini, surge bypass routing, and running docker is no problem, but I can't add bridge with home assistant, please tell me what is the problem
