Can iPad be repeatedly "repaired" three times under warranty? Can I apply for a replacement machine?

Since my iPad was purchased in August last year, it has been returned to the factory for repair three times because Touch ID cannot be used (2024.11), automatic brightness & automatic lock cannot be used (2025.1), and the device leaks when it is not charging (2025.4). Every maintenance plan is to "replace the equipment". May I ask if I can apply for a replacement retail machine in this case?
Before I sent it back to the factory for repair for the third time, I asked to replace the retail machine in the store. First of all, the supervisor thought that they could not reproduce my problem. Secondly, I applied for repair three times for different reasons, and thought that mine did not meet the conditions of three repairs, exchange/refund within the Three Guarantees Law.
But I think the above reasons for sending them for repair are the phenomenon of failure rather than the cause of the failure itself. Apple has never given me any feedback on which part of my device is damaged.
(The Mobile Resource Inspector passed the test three times when it was sent for repair. If all kinds of sensors really passed as reported by MRI, could it be all caused by something wrong with the motherboard?)

Anonymous13621 Apr 24, 2025This winning physique is still a bit beyond cognition. Generally, the machine for replacing equipment is also brand new and no different from the retail machine

Anonymous13426 Apr 24, 2025You ask him to open the three-guarantee method and ask him to point out where it is written that the three-guarantee return and exchange regulations apply only if it is the same fault/after-sales reason. Isn't that bullshit? However, there should be no such thing as an official replacement machine in Apple's caliber, so if you ask for a brand-new "retail machine", you will only be given an official replacement machine in the end.

Poster Apr 24, 2025@ Anonymous13426 I read that one before, and I feel that I can really understand it in that direction (but it is also possible that I am adapting); Apple should indeed have the saying of official replacement. When it was repaired for the first time before, the factory gave me a solution to replace the equipment. I called the store to ask when I could pick it up. The store said it was out of stock and wanted to give it to me. Reorder. I pretended not to know that there was an official replacement machine and asked, "I think it is in stock in the store." The customer service clearly explained to me that the retail machines and the repair and replacement machines are separate, and the repair and replacement machines are specially produced. Come out to replace them with new ones for maintenance. (And its model is really different)

Anonymous13426 Apr 24, 2025@ Poster The so-called three guarantees and three repairs still can't be used and can apply for replacement refers to Article 11 of the Regulations on Responsibility for Repair, Replacement and Return of Some Commodities: for products that have been repaired twice within the validity period of the three guarantees and still can't be used normally, the seller shall be responsible for exchanging products of the same model and specification for consumers free of charge or returning them according to Article 13 of these Provisions with the repair records and certificates provided by the repairer, and then recovering them from the producers and suppliers according to the law or according to the purchase and sale contract. I only saw the requirements for times, not the requirements for after-sales reasons. In practice, I have also quarreled with Samsung on this issue, and I can only tell you that I finally got a full refund. The separate management of retail and after-sales replacement machines does not mean that there is a difference for Apple. Apple will only tell you that this is a "brand-new" machine after replacement. The so-called official replacement machine will only be displayed after third-party software such as Aisi queries the serial number, which affects the price when your idle fish is second-hand. If you ask Apple for trade-in, it doesn't distinguish between retail or official replacement. On the other hand, no matter what you ask, it will not replace you with a retail machine, but only with an official machine, because there is no difference between the two for itself.

Anonymous1705 Apr 27, 2025No, no. The three times the problem is different, and the three guarantees are not supported. The motherboard of my previous MSI computer burned once, the ssd disk dropped once, and it didn't boot once. Finally, it didn't work even if I complained to 12315, because it wasn't the same problem three times.

Poster Apr 28, 2025@ Anonymous1705 I don't know what the cause of my failure is. Every time Apple runs on the spot, the sensor detection passes. I wonder if somewhere on the motherboard is burned or short-circuited. After returning to the factory for testing, the factory will not report where the problem is.
