The pointer often does not move when connected to the Logitech mouse on Mac mini

The USB docking station is Lenovo Type-C (only for USB connection)
If the mouse does not move from time to time, it will not work if it is reseated and must be restarted. Is this problem caused by Logitech or USB docking station?
