macos external keyboard, problem with output § symbol

There is something wrong with my external keyboard. When using a 2.4 g connection, I can type symbols ~ When using a wired connection, this symbol is typed: § I searched a lot, and some people said to change the keyboard type: https://i.imgur.com/R7w14yZ.png Some people say that using karabiner to change mapping: https://i.imgur.com/Y9YGv8o.png I want to use 2.4 g, but there are a bunch of wireless devices in the office. The interference of 2.4 g and Bluetooth is too great, and the connection is often disconnected. I always use a wired connection. I tried both methods today, but they didn't work. I would like to ask you if you have encountered similar problems.

It is recognized as the European keyboard. The tilde key of the European keyboard is §; I guess there is a conflict between keyboard and mouse recognition. My solution is to unplug all peripherals first, connect the keyboard first, then run the keyboard recognition and finally plug the mouse

It took 3 days to solve the problem. The system boot requires you to press the key next to the left shift, but it cannot be booted. When asking to press the key next to the left shift, press the ~ key on the keyboard. Then in the next step, finally select the ansi type, and the positions of ~ and § will be changed.
