How can Apple's Watch recording not be terminated? An alarm clock or an incoming call will force the recording to stop

As mentioned in the title, recording with a watch is very convenient and hidden, but an incoming call or alarm clock will force the recording to stop. Is there any good way to ensure that the recording will not be interrupted? Manual airplane mode before each recording? Then the alarm clock can't be used on the watch, can it? Or is there any shortcut command that can automatically enable airplane mode, then automatically record, and automatically exit airplane mode after the recording is finished? Otherwise, I always feel interrupted at any time, the mental burden is a little heavy, and I always feel uneasy.

Set a shortcut command by yourself. When recording is turned on, the iPhone will automatically turn on Do Not Disturb mode, and turn off Do Not Disturb mode after stopping recording
