Official macbook pro 16-inch selection

Currently optimistic about two macbook pro models, both of which are officially 16-inch
m2 max + 96G + 8T = 20500
m3 max + 48G + 1T = 17999
I plan to buy and write java microservices and run AI large models (the need for fine-tuning is not ruled out, but I am not sure about the effect of mac fine-tuning); In addition, I heard that m3 max supports AV1 hard decoding and ray tracing, but m2 max does not. This will have a big impact.
