macOS multi-monitor window location memory problem

After switching to M3 air some time ago, I found that every time I plugged and unplugged the external monitor, the window of the external monitor could not be remembered, and I needed to drag it off the notebook display again, which was annoying. I have used intel and M3 mbp before and none of them have this problem. Do you have any solutions? Third-party software can also do it.
