Which cloud sync experience is better, dropbox or onedrive on macOS now?

Still stuck on macOS 12, it is said that the 12.3 system modification caused these softwares to be prone to problems, so they did not upgrade and did not use them later. Now intend to upgrade the system and use cloud sync. After reading a few posts, it seems that there are still problems. Will the onedrive Mac Store version be more stable and what's the difference? What I downloaded before shouldn't be the store version, was automatically upgraded and required macOS 13 to open. It is said that there will be a situation where two copies are kept? Do onedrive and dropbox work properly with file on demand and selective folder synchronization in macOS 13 or 14? Do you want to uninstall these two softwares and reinstall them after upgrading the system? Which one is more stable, macOS13 or 14, or should I upgrade to the latest version of 12? If there is any use of Google drive/wps synchronization/nut cloud/box/mega, etc., please let us know.

Google Drive feels good, but iCloud often has strange bugs. DropBox hasn't been used for a long time, and it conflicts every once in a while when I used it before.

    @ Anonymous2157 Is the system above 12.3?

dropbox is a little more expensive, it is best to use, onedrive does not need to climb over the wall, the store version cannot synchronize desktop folders, and the functions are not as full as the independent version

Although onedrive is cheap, it frequently catches up with new systems. For example, iOS already requires 17 and macOS requires 13. Give me the automatic update until it can't be opened, and I don't need one drive.
