iCloud for Windows sync failed

Tried replacing DNS, reinstalling (tried including Appx from Microsoft Store, Appx from UpToDown website, version 14.0/14.1, latest version 15.3. 138), restarting Explorer. Every download or upload is very slow, or it cannot be downloaded/uploaded directly, an unknown error occurs at the login prompt, or the synchronization prompt that the cloud operation fails. Either it takes a long time to download successfully after downloading. The account was from the outside area before, but later it was changed to the returning area in order to buy AC + subscription.

    My webpage fails to upload something above 1Gb, and the same goes for the proxy in the outside area. No issues with onedrive and Google drive.

    I only package backups and upload them to iCloud, and iCloud is not suitable for syncing files.

    You shouldn't need to switch areas in order to buy Apple Care 🤣 Call 400 in China, or send it to a direct store to add domestic Apple Care (but don't call in Support.app, call directly to customer service in the United States)

    On macOS, iCloud occasionally fails to sync. Don't try the win version. Apple's software development level and demand priority determine it, and it is impossible to do it. You can first search how many cases iCloud has lost user data

    Changing to an old version of iCloud, this is how I solved it.
