First of all, it's not a story meeting. If you want to listen to the story, you can close it. Before the start of the holiday, I suddenly encountered an extreme situation, because it involved privacy and didn't talk about content. If the situation continued to deteriorate at that time, I might have to live a complete May Day holiday with no mobile phone at all, completely lost contact with friends, family, colleagues, leaders and courier brothers, no electronic payment, and unable to log in to the computer. The terminal is small and beautiful. So, now I decided to buy a spare mobile phone, which I usually put in the house without plugging in a card, charging it regularly and keeping it available. But I don't know which mobile phone to buy. So I would like to ask V friends to recommend machines worth buying. Thank you. Currently, I mainly use iPhone 13, and there are no plans to update it. Within the budget of 2K, it is required that the standby machine Android/iOS is unlimited, the maintenance is simple and convenient, privacy is protected, and the following crimes are not allowed to fight monsters by leapfrog.

@ Anonymous779 After reading it carefully, I laughed unconsciously and accidentally found out your only weakness. Collect it for later use hahaha

@ Anonymous779 I remember the conditions for enabling PassKeys, which require one or more other authentication methods in front, such as mobile phone number binding, secret security issues, etc. Moreover, PassKeys also recommends having 2 hardware bindings for spare.

After the implementation of eSIM in China, it only supports domestic card replacement, so as to prevent or reduce the illegal cost of overseas crimes.

@ Anonymous1618 Yes, passkey currently does not support exporting and saving, and can only be synchronized between Apple's own devices. I now have at least 4 Apple devices in the latest version and can guarantee multiple hardware copies. I don't know if the ease of use of passkey has been updated in the past year. What I knew before was that it cannot cross-manufacturer devices, but because you can choose to coexist with 2fa on the website, the risk is still controllable for the time being. Because 2fa supports export and saving, there are no uncontrollable risks.

In addition to Apple, only Android phones that can be bought in China with lossless foreign versions are Samsung, Samsung s23 or the cheaper a55. If you get the Hong Kong version directly, it should be able to meet your needs. Xiaomi can't unlock it directly. Although OnePlus can unlock it, there is no perfectly adapted firmware.

Since you think the 13 is easy to use, just buy a second-hand iPhone 13. The main and backup experiences are the same, so don't dislike anyone. If you replace the original battery, it adds up to less than 2000.

Now the main use is 13, so you can buy a 16 and use the 13 as a backup machine....
