The problem of macos lag has not been solved

I used m2 32g before.. Later, after upgrading to the current sequoia, there have been stuck situations, such as switching windows from finder to chrome. Or switch to nailing. It's possible to get stuck. The card takes about 1-3 seconds. And then cut it over. Then later changed to m4 128. But this problem has not been completely solved. This problem still exists. I wonder now if I brought it over when I migrated the system.
This situation I have never quite understood whether it is normal mac performance or my problem????

Anonymous1814 May 6, 2025@ Anonymous1815 Try turning off the live wallpaper, it will be better, but it's a bit unsmooth if you don't turn it off for a few days

Anonymous11375 May 6, 2025@ Anonymous633 I also use this software for switching input methods. And I also found that if I turn on "Switch window to display current input method status", I will get stuck when switching windows with a certain probability.

Anonymous1815 May 6, 2025@ Anonymous1814 🙏 Thanks for the reminder. I have been using 24 Hour Wallpaper, a live wallpaper software, recently. It couldn't be his fault. Next time it freezes, I'll turn it off for a while and try. What you said is definitely a variable. I got a new Mac this year and used this new software, which can almost match it.

Anonymous1817 May 7, 2025Hey, if it is the original input method, will there be a lag problem? I don't seem to have it.

Anonymous1821 May 7, 2025@ Poster I use the rime input method, is there also a problem with rime...
-
Poster May 7, 2025@ Anonymous1821 rime Probably not. After all, the structure is simple. But you can try deactivating it for a while.

Anonymous21 May 7, 2025I have only had the problem that the built-in Chinese input method occasionally freezes, and I have to wait a second or two after typing on the keyboard

Anonymous1814 May 8, 2025There is a simple way to identify whether a mac is silky or not. Cut to the dock menu page and slide two fingers left and right. If it is silky, it means that it is not stuck at all. If it is not silky or stuck, then the overall use specification is not smooth... Including cutting the program page, especially when the external screen is connected, the naked eye freezes, just restart it. Using static wallpaper will relieve a lot, it feels like a bug after changing the desktop from bigsur
