After the Apple account is discontinued, can the balance still be subscribed to automatic deduction?

I registered in the earth area yesterday, then recharged my balance to subscribe to DP, and tried it for one month. In the afternoon, the mobile phone reminded you to verify the password to log in. After entering it, I reminded you that the account has been deactivated, and then I appealed online. Today, the email replied that it had been reviewed and refused to access the account. So can my balance continue to be automatically debit for the subscription service next month?
