M4 macmini type c connected to dell U2720Q screen occasionally flashes black

Occasionally, black flashing occurs and the flashing frequency is not high. It can be solved by replugging and unplugging the typec cable or turning off the monitor and then turning it on. It may reappear after some time of use. Even the MacBook pro hasn't encountered this problem. I tried some methods and didn't solve it. Do I need to upgrade the monitor firmware?
