Can the Apple ID transfer purchase feature also transfer cross-regional purchase records?

The main account is in the Japanese area, and the game of another national account is installed on the device. Every time you spend money, you have to change the number or use multiple devices, which is very troublesome.
Apple ID transfer purchase items cannot be transferred across regions, but if you transfer that country account to the Japanese region and then merge the purchase items, can you transfer the games in the country to the main account together?

You can try changing the region. If it doesn't work, change it back. It's not a region where the id cannot be adjusted.
